Returns & Exchanges
General conditions applicable to returns:
Timeframe for Concerns:
All concerns must be raised within 7 working days; after this period, no further actions can be taken.
Return Conditions:
Items eligible for return must be in good condition, including being unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with original packaging, tags, and accessories securely attached.
Acceptance Criteria:
Returns that do not meet the specified criteria may regrettably not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed only after the returned item/s have been approved, which means if they meet the return conditions in their timeframe
For Online Card Payments:
We offer Refunds or Store Credit if requested
Refunds will be issued in original form of payment (Online Card Payment only) / Refunds will take 10 to 15 working days
Please note, Shipping Fees will not be refunded ( only the item's price)
For Cash On Delivery:
We do not offer refunds for Cash On Delivery Payments (COD). You will receive either Store Credit or Exchanges.
NOTE: Store Credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Card Payment On Delivery:
We do not offer refunds for Card Payment On Delivery. You will receive either Store Credit or Exchanges.
NOTE: Store Credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Return Fees are free except for:
- Changing sizes
- Changing colors
- Returns for no reason
- Replacing by another item

SALE ITEMS:
We do not offer refunds for Any Sale Items or orders with coupon codes. These orders can either receive store credit for the same value of the product(s) or exchange with the same product of a different size
Cancellation of order:
- Order can be canceled within 1 hour of creating it.
- Refunds will be done in the same way as the original method.
- 10 to 15 working days will be the duration for refund process.
- Refunded amount will be minus the bank processing fees.
